I currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not on the list, please contact me here.
Local pick up and delivery is available.
The purchased item will be dispatched within 1-3 business days as soon as the payment is received. The item will be packed in a gift box wrapped in a bubble wrap to avoid any damages to it.
If the item you purchased is made to order, or we are extremely busy, then it could be up to 5 -7 days before dispatch depending on the size of the order.
CurlyMapleCreativeJewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping.
Items will be shipped via Canada Post or alternative courier service with tracking number and / or insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: International customers, the buyer /purchaser, are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs, VAT or other taxes / fees which may apply to purchases in your country. Please make yourself aware of these before purchasing.
I gladly accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be changed, as it's already prepared for shipping.
Our policy lasts 14 days of delivery. If 14 days of delivery have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us first.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior contacting us.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable) and Custom orders
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Discounted items or items on sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom / personalized orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund minus shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying / covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, please use a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
For all special custom orders, we requires a 50% deposit for orders with a retail value above $100.00. Please contact me here for your special custom order.
We do not work with the customer provided metals or gemstones at this moment.
Caring for your silver / gold jewelry - general guidelines
Jewelry is a piece of personal adornment. It does require personal touch and care. It is not bulletproof. It is not designed to withstand any impact or shock.
All handmade / handcrafted jewelry items should be handled with care to last a long time.
Do not expose your jewelry, especially jewelry containing natural stones, to water (shower, hot tubs, sea, lake, rivers, washing dishes, etc.) and any chemicals (household cleaning solutions, dish soap, perfumes, body care products, oils, sweat, etc.).
Store you jewelry in dry containers, boxes, and /or bags.
If you must clean your jewelry, please use warm water with mild soap and very soft toothbrush and clean very gently, and then pat dry immediately. Please note that using this method may remove any patina that a jewelry item was given as a part of the design.
Please use only a polishing cloth designed for jewelry to clean your jewelry that has stones like opals, turquoise, pearls, bone, any other soft stones and /or blackened/ dark patina.
Please note that tarnishing is a natural process. It is perfectly normal for sterling silver to darken and tarnish, and this process can happen faster when metal is in contact with humidity. Please make sure your silver jewelry is kept away from any humidity and cleaned properly when tarnished.

I do my best to capture the true colors of the stones in the photos. Colors may vary depending on a screen of your device. The color variance may not be significant and won't affect overall look of the piece.
Please note that the items on the photos may appear larger than they are and may not represent the actual size. Detailed measurements are provided for each item.
